The Lady of Light

Love for the Beloved of our Prophet (ﷺ), the Queen of Jannah,
the Best of all Women, and our Kawthar-

Syedah Fatimah Az-Zahra (سلام الله علیها)
in Light of Ahle Sunnah wal Jamaah

She is Fatimah (Salaamullahi Alayha)

She is Fatimah- the one who is weaned or abstains. She weaned herself and abstained from all the pleasures of this transient world except from the love of Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ). And those who love her, our Lady of Light, will be absolved from the fire of Jahanum. "Jabir (RadiAllahu Alahu) narrates that Sayyidinah Rasulullah (ﷺ) said,
"My daughter was named Fatimah because Allah has totally separated her and those who love her from the Fire." - Related in Daylami, Hindi, and Sakhawi
Salaam Ya Zahra

"Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness from you, O People of the House! (Ahle Bayt) and to purify you a (thorough) purification."

-Surah Al-Ahzab ayah 33 (33:33) in the Majestic Qur'an

"Say (O Muhammad) 'I seek no recompense from you except love of my nearest relatives (Imam Ali, Syedah Fatimah, Imam al-Hasan, Imam al-Hussain Alayhim Salaam)."

-Surah Ash-Shuraa ayah 23 (42:23) in the Majestic Qur'an

Hadrat Abdallah ibn Abbas relates that when the above verse was revealed, the Companions asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, who are your relatives upon whom it is now incumbent for us to love?' He (ﷺ) said: 'Ali, Fatimah, and their two sons, Imam Hasan and Imam Hussain (Alayhim Salaam).'

-Ibn al-Mundhir, Ibn Abi Hatim, Ibn Mardaweh have all related in their tafsir, and Tabarani has related in al-Mujam al-Kabir

"Fatimah is a part of me. Therefore, whosoever angers her, angers me."

-Sayyidinah Rasulullah (ﷺ). Narrated on the authority of Hadrat Miswar bin Makhramah in Sahih al Bukhaari, Muslim, Ibn Abi Shaybah, Abu Awanah, Shaybani, Tabarani, Haim, Bayhawi, and Daylami.

"Are you not happy with the fact that you are the leader of the women of Paradise or the leader of all Muslim women?"

-Sayyidinah Rasulullah (ﷺ). Narrated on the authority of Syedah Aisha in Sahih al Bukhaari, Muslim, and Ahmed bin Hambal

Imam Malik

Syedah Bibi Fatimah is the Queen of Paradise, the leader of the women, the mother of Imam al-Hasan and Imam al-Hussain, and is the most beloved of the Epitome of Creation, Rasulullah (ﷺ). That fact that our Syedah is the most beloved person to our Nabi (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi wa Alihi wa Salim) should be reason enough to love her and sacrifice everything for her (سلام الله علیها); however, we will continue to provide authentic evidences which will further elucidate the importance of fulfilling this obligation in the near future insha’Allah.

Kawthar

Al-Kawthar that Allah gave to Sayyidinah Rasulullah (ﷺ) is “an excess” or “an abundance” of good & blessings. The enormity of that blessing Allah knows best, but Included in this is the river of al-Kawthar in Jannah and an allusion to Syedah Bibi Fatimah Az Zahra (سلام الله علیها).

One interpretation is that these verses were revealed after Sayyidinah Rasulullah's (ﷺ) second baby son passed away. People started to insult him saying that his lineage would be cut off. But then Allah revealed that He gave Sayyidinah Rasulullah (ﷺ) his beloved daughter- Syedah Bibi Fatimah Az Zahra (سلام الله علیها)- as reassurance that his lineage and ideals would carry on through her, as a river of light flowing from Jannah.
